Yes you can generate and email custom invoices directly through caterfox. Customized invoices can include your logo, special fields, and any other information that is required specific to your invoice.

Yes, your data can be downloaded into an Excel file. A future version will support third party integrations such as Quickbooks, Google Calendar, etc.

Currently caterfox is not tied directly to any particular POS. Payment transaction is handled separately through your existing payment processing system.

The Appetizer Plan supports up to 10 users and the Platter Plan supports an unlimited number of users. We do not charge on a per user basis. A user is defined as any member of your staff that needs access to caterfox.

No, there is no license fee to use caterfox. There is a one time setup fee based on your subscription plan.

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at anytime with no charge. We operate on a monthly billing cycle. Upon canceling, you will be still charged for the current month’s billing cycle and all users will still have full access to your plan’s features until the start of the next billing cycle. There will be no charge to you the following billing cycle.
